Cloud pricing

One price list. First term and renewal, side by side.

Every service can be bought on its own. Bundles are the same services ordered together in dependency order — never a different price for the same thing. What you see here is the figure checkout charges, and the figure it will charge again at renewal.

No renewal surprises

The renewal figure is published next to the first-term figure. If a supplier moves a rate, you are told before the renewal, not after.

Negotiated rates apply automatically

Accounts on an agreed tier see their own rate here and at checkout — no coupon codes, no support ticket.

One invoice, one calendar

Services bought separately still land on a single invoice and a single renewal calendar with everything else you run.

Renewal schedule for your current selection

Pick a service and we’ll show the first term, what it renews at, and the monthly equivalent before you commit.

Individual services

Launch bundles

The same services, ordered together and provisioned in dependency order. Required items make the first-term figure; optional items are priced separately so you can see both.

How your price is decided

  1. 1. Negotiated rate. If your organisation has an agreed rate for a service, it wins — on this page and at checkout.
  2. 2. Account tier. Otherwise your account tier's rate applies, if one is recorded for the service.
  3. 3. Shelf price. Otherwise the published shelf price applies, which is what an anonymous visitor sees.
  4. 4. The quote is binding. Checkout re-prices the whole order against the supplier that will actually fulfil it. If it cannot be fulfilled at the shown price, the order is held and explained, not charged.

Renewal figures reflect the current renewal rate for the service. Read the Cloud service terms for term lengths, refunds and irreversible services.
